To reset your login password for your payment gateway account, you need to do the following:

- go to the login page of your Merchant Administration
(https://pay1.plugnpay.com/admin/)

- click on the "Reset Password" link

- in the resulting page, enter your primary contact email address, which is associated to your payment gateway account, into the Email Address field.

- then enter in your account's username (in all lower case) into the Login Username field.

- click on the Submit Password Request button.

- Assuming the email address & username match your account, you will be emailed a password confirmation email within about 5 minutes.

- you will then need to click the confirmation hyperlink in that email, in order to confirm the resetting of your login password.

- upon doing so, you will be emailed a temporary password. This temporary password is case sensitive. You will need to retain it, in order to login to your account.

- go back to the login page of your merchant administration
(https://pay1.plugnpay.com/admin/)

- on that page enter in your login username (in all lower case) into the Login field.

- then enter in the temporary password you just received (in the exact case it was presented to you) into the Password field. [Type in all passwords. Do not copy and paste for best results.]

- click on the Log In button to access your payment gateway account.

- you will be presented with a screen telling you that your password was temporary and that it needs to be changed

- on that screen, enter in your temporary password again (in the case it was originally presented to you) in the Current Password field.

- choose a new password for your account (case sensitive) & enter it into the New Password field. [It must not be one you used with us over the last 12 months]

* If you are experiencing login issues, choose a new password password that contains only letters (upper & lower case) and numbers. No punctuation, spaces or other special characters. Also ensure your new password is at least 12 characters long.

- enter in the same password (case sensitive) into the Confirm Password field.

- click on the submit button at the bottom of the page

- if your information was rejected, you will need to repeat the last few steps above, but make sure to address the rejection reason(s) noted on the screen.

- however assuming your new password was accepted, you will be instantly logged out of your account & you will be presented with the login page once again.

- at this point your new password is now in effect. Simply login with your username (in all lower case) & your newly selected password (case sensitive) to login to your payment gateway's Merchant Administration area.
