How to Set an Email Address for Confirmations

To set or update this email:

  1. Log in to the PlugnPay Web Admin Portal:
    https://pay1.plugnpay.com/login
  2. Go to Email Management:
    Click Email Management.

  3. Set your default email:

    • In the Configure Email section, enter your desired email address in the Default email for Merchant Confirmations field.

  4. Save your changes:
    Click Configure Email to apply the new email address.
