How to edit/change your account's contact information

How to edit/change your account's contact information:

To update your account's contact information:

1. Login to your PlugnPay Adminstration Area (https://pay1.plugnpay.com/login).

2. Click on the 'Edit Contaction Information' in the 'Billing' section.

3. On the following page change any of the account contact information desired.   Required fields are marked with an        asterisk '*'

4. Click on the 'Update Info' button to save any changes.

NOTE:

You will receive an email to the contact email on file indicating that a change to your account's contact information has been changed.

You will receive this email even if nothing was changed.  If you have initiated this change this email can be safely ignored.
