How to submit/change your account's Billing Authorization

To set up or change your account's Billing Authorization please follow these steps:

1.  Log in to your PlugnPay Administration Area (https://pay1.plugnpay.com/login)

2.  Click on the 'Billing Authorization' link located under the 'Billing' section.    

     This will open the Billing Authorization form.

3.  The first section is 'Service Agreement'

     This section contains your service agreement with PlugnPay as well as your account's current contact information.

4.  The next section is 'Current Payment Information'

     Any current payment information you have already set up will be displayed in this section.

5.  The next section is 'New Payment Information'

     If you are setting up a new account or changing your existing payment information that is done in this section.

     A radio selection allows you to select 'Credit Card' or 'Checking' payment options. 

     Upon selection the form will change to display information required for you to input your credit card or bank                    information.

     For Credit Card payments you will be required to enter your full credit card number and valid expiration date.

     For Checking payments you will be required to enter your banks transit/routing number and your bank account              number. Optionally you may enter your bank's name.

6.  The next section is 'Billing Authorization'

     This section will provide the billing details/fees for your account.

7.  The next section is 'Cancellation Policy'

     A cancellation request may be submitted by using the 'Click Here' button.

8.  The last section is 'Identification'
    

     You are required to enter the contact name on the account here and to check the 'agree to terms' checkbox'

9.  By clicking on the 'Send Info' button changes will be saved to your account.
