How to change/turn off the IP Address Frequency Check

How to change the IP Frequency Check:

1. Log in to your PlugnPay Administration Area (https://pay1.plugnpay.com/login).

2. Click on the 'FraudTrak' or 'FraudTrak2' section under the 'Settings' section.

3. Find the 'IP Address Frequency Check' section on the left hand side panel.

4. Either check the box to 'Check to skip IP frequency check' or increase the number of allowed requests per hour to the desired number of attempts.

5. Scroll down the page and hit the 'Update Fraud Screen Configuration' button to save the changes.
